A long conversation with a printmaker who has spent thirty years not exhibiting.
She has made nearly four thousand prints. She has shown perhaps fifty. The work, she says, was never for the room.
Artists, gallerists, writers, curators, and the occasional restorer. We talk for at least an hour, often more. The transcripts are lightly edited but never reordered.
